Terms and Conditions
Welcome to MeeTV!
Introduction
Thank you for using the MeeTV platform and the products, services and features we make available to you as part of the platform (collectively, the “Service”). The purpose of MeeTV is to disrupt, or at least annoy, the known media world. We will do this in 2 ways: 1, providing any talented creatives the opportunity to broadcast on the MeeTV platform; and. (2) by providing everybody a free to view streaming platform containing only the best emerging talent and quality content.

Please have them read this Agreement with you.
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18, by allowing your child to use the Service, you are subject to the terms of this Agreement and responsible for your child’s activity on the Service.

Changes to the Service
MeeTV is constantly changing and improving the Service. This is because technology moves really fast and we want to stay ahead and keep people happy. It is annoying for us, and expensive, but hopefully you won’t even notice. We may also need to alter or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, in order to make performance or security improvements, change functionality and features, make changes to comply with law, or prevent illegal activities on or abuse of our systems. We will always consider and balance the impact of such changes on the use of the Service. Whenever reasonably possible, we will provide notice when we discontinue or make material changes to our Service that will have an adverse impact on the use of our Service. However, there will be times when we need to make such changes without notice, such as where we need to take action to improve the security and operability of our Service, prevent abuse, or meet our legal requirements.

Membership Agreement
Introduction
Thank you for submitting your content application for membership of MeeTV. Ideally a MeeTV member will determine that you meet its membership criteria, (well made quality content suitable for broadcast) and accept your application, in which case your membership will be subject to these terms (the “Agreement”). Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Agreement will have the meaning given to them in MeeTV’s Terms and Conditions.

Your Content and Conduct
Uploading Content
Whilst you are a member of MeeTV, you may submit film content (“Content”) to MeeTV for it to consider uploading to the Service. You must not submit any Content that does not comply with MeeTV submission requirements at the time of submission, this Agreement or the law. For example, the Content you submit must not include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) unless you have permission from that party or are otherwise legally entitled to do so. That includes rights that you or a third party might have granted to a collection society such as PRS. You are legally responsible for the Content you submit to the Service. You agree that MeeTV is under no obligation to upload any Content to the Service.

Rights you Grant
You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours. However, MeeTV does require you to grant certain rights to MeeTV and other users of the Service, as described below.

Licence to MeeTV
By submitting Content to MeeTV, you grant to MeeTV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use that Content (including to reproduce, distribute, modify, display and perform it) for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

Licence to Users
You also grant each user of the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access your Content through the Service, and to use that Content (including to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform it) only as enabled by a feature of the Service.

Duration of Licence
The licences granted by you under this Agreement will continue for as long as you remain a member. Despite this, any Third Party Arrangements entered into by MeeTV shall continue after your membership ends unaffected and for their full duration.

Third Party Arrangements
In addition to using your Content in connection with the Service pursuant to the foregoing licences, MeeTV may source or be presented with potential deals with third parties such as broadcasters in respect of some or all of your Content (each a “Third Party Arrangement''). You agree that MeeTV has the right to enter into agreements in respect of Third Party Arrangements as the sole contracting party granting rights and receiving income and you agree to sign any inducement letter or other documentation required in order for MeeTV to have the right to do so. You shall be granted the reasonable opportunity to comment upon and take legal advice on any documentation you are requested to sign in connection with a Third Party Arrangement and monies received by MeeTV from Third Party Arrangements will constitute gross income in the calculation of Gross Revenues under this Agreement. Once MeeTV introduces a Third Party Arrangement to you, the Third party Arrangement becomes exclusive to MeeTV and neither you nor anyone on your behalf may deal with such Third Party Arrangement other than via MeeTV.

Your Wallet
MeeTV shall credit to your wallet on the MeeTV Platform 95% of sums paid by users for tips, deals, subscription, tickets and any other revenue streams MeeTV provides relating to you (after deduction of VAT and other sales taxes) and debit 100% of any third party processing fees and commissions charged on such sums.

Accounting
If your wallet holds a positive net amount at the end of a calendar month MeeTV will pay you the relevant amount within 45 days of the month end provided that if the relevant sum is £50 or less MeeTV may withhold payment unless and until the next payment date at which at least £50 is payable to you.

Third Party Payments
You shall be solely responsible for any and all remuneration payable to any third parties including actors, crew and other contributors to the Content.

Termination
Either you or MeeTV may terminate your membership at any time on not less than 30 days written notice except that if the notice period ends in the middle of a calendar month your membership will continue until the end of that month.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MeeTV for any loss or damage that may be incurred by MeeTV, including without limitation legal fees, arising from your breach or alleged breach of this Agreement.

About this Agreement
Modifying this Agreement
We may modify this Agreement, for example, to reflect changes to our Service or for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Even for financial reasons beyond our control. None of which we plan to do but we cannot predict the future. MeeTV will provide reasonable advance notice of any material modifications to this Agreement and the opportunity to review these changes. However, changes addressing newly available features of the Service or changes made for legal reasons may be effective immediately. Changes will only apply going forward. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should contact us at askus@meetv.net or in the worst case scenario terminate your membership.

Continuation of this Agreement
If your membership ends, the following terms of this Agreement will continue to apply to you: ”Duration of Licence”, and “About This Agreement”.

Severance
If it turns out that a particular term of this Agreement is not enforceable for any reason, this will not affect any other terms.

Assignment
MeeTV may transfer all or part of this Agreement to an Affiliate or, if MeeTV is sold, to a third party.

No Waiver
If you do not comply with this Agreement and we do not take action immediately, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as the right to take action in the future).

Governing Law
Your relationship with MeeTV under this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
