Part 2 of my Mint 400 video series is here! In this episode, I get a behind-the-scenes look at the race from the VIP area, do a grid walk, learn about the different classes of trucks, and take a helicopter ride over the course. I also talk to Gabby Downing and Sara Price, two professional rally drivers.
I start by checking out the pits in the VIP area. I meet some of the drivers and learn about their strategies for the race. I also get a close-up look at the different classes of trucks, from the smaller buggies to the massive trophy trucks.
Next, I do a grid walk on day 4 of the race. This gives me a chance to see all of the trucks up close and talk to the drivers again. I also learn more about the different classes of trucks and how they're equipped for the race.
After the grid walk, I take a helicopter ride over the course. This gives me a unique perspective on the race and allows me to see the action from above. I also get to see some of the different obstacles that the drivers will have to face during the race.
Finally, I talk to Gabby Downing and Sara Price, two professional rally drivers. I learn about their careers and their experience racing in the Mint 400. They also give me some tips on how to survive the race.
