Winter van life in Turkey continues to keep us on our toes. In between the rainstorms and gale force winds, there's a little paradise hiding in plain sight. We've continued our drive north along the west coast of Turkey and reached the Bodrum peninsula. Bodrum is notorious for its summer crowds and hoards of visitors, so we were a little unsure what to expect. Empty beaches, hidden coves and endless devastation were just some of the things that awaited us. After a year of travelling Europe, from Spain and Portugal to the island of Sicily, the pandemic brought us back home to the UK. Along with a secret project! We spent the winter re-building Sophia into a more sturdy overlanding rig, ready to take us across Africa - our next challenge. However, it's a trip we've now had to postpone. But when the wind changes - adjust your sails! We're now off on an Eastern voyage across to Greece, Turkey & beyond.
