Took some time, but I finally made a short film about the most stressful day of the year: your birthday.
Birthdays used to be fun when we were younger, but after a certain age, it just doesn't hit the same. Along with the feeling of becoming older, there's pressure to have achieved certain milestones at a certain age and the birthdays that used to be fun and innocent have now become a race against myself.
We become older every day and with age comes change. Being open-minded to changes, and perspectives, and outgrowing who you once were is okay. It wouldn't make sense if we never changed so embrace whatever is coming because it's all a part of life.
