This bike was running great — until it wasn’t. Now it’s dead as a doornail and we’re trying to figure out why. Is it ignition? Charging system? Gremlins? While we wait on the KZ400 to get its act together, we shift gears to a bit of classic seat repair on our 1967 Honda CL160. The pan's solid, but the foam and cover need some love. Nothing too fancy, just enough to make it rideable and a lot less painful on the tailbone. Will the KZ400 make a comeback? Will the CL160’s seat survive the budget makeover?
