We're kicking off our Eastern Turkey road trip with a drive through Hatay Province. It's the food region of Turkey with an unrivalled history and culture, being part of Syria until 1939. We go on a food tour of Antakya, the regions capital, eating everything from homemade humus to the delicacy of Kunefe and the best baklava of my life. We go off-road in the middle of a storm, in search of a tree that grew from the staff of Moses. And that's just the beginning. Turkey, you are something very special indeed.
