Keith from Biker Down Buckingham was very obliging and this video is a highlight of the 3 hours training we received and will highlight what to expect and the importance of attending if you can.
I'd highly recommend this course, whether you have first aid experience or not, just a little knowledge of what to do/expect at a crash scene can make the world of difference.
