This is Baboon's Pass near Ramabanta in Lesotho. The pass has somewhat of a reputation as a serious technical challenge. I initially intended riding it on my KTM 990 Adventure but due to wet conditions decided against it and I'm very glad I did. There are one or two sections I'm not sure I would've managed on the big bike. Whilst at the accommodation, another guest overheard I wanted to ride the Pass and offered me his bike (a Stark Varg EX!!!). Thank you kindly Mr. T! I had a blast doing my first enduro ride on such an iconic route and enjoyed every second on the Varg. I think I'm forever ruined for 2-stroke enduro bikes.
Mind boggling is that 4x4s tackle this pass too đ¤Ż
