I have experienced a lot of inner work through meditation, breath work and plant medicine but this was my first time exploring the emotional freedom technique therapy (tapping) and it took me on one hell of a journey.

Disclaimer: After my tapping session I was feeling extremely 'High Vibe' as I say in the video (this lasted about two weeks) however a few days after completing this video my energy took a complete 180.
For the past week, I experienced extreme anger, sadness and fear.
After talking with Sally Ann, I believe this could be either old unconscious stuff resurfacing, aspects from my session that we didn't have time to clear or a reaction in the present moment or possibility a combination of all three.
I spent 5 days, tapping, meditating, journaling, and feeling these intense emotions for them to finally be released. I just wanted to share this as my video may have glorified inner work as being easy however those 5 days were extremely challenging for me.
As always this was just my experience and you may not have as much repressed trauma as me, so no need to worry. 😊
