Located on the forested slopes of the Hottentots Mountains outside of Paarl, Hawekwa Trail/Forest serves as a modestly technical alternative route to the N1 and/or Du Toitskloof Pass when heading exiting the city Eastwards from Cape Town. The trail offers varying terrains, conditions and road surfaces.
