In this episode of Motorcycle Rewind, we roll up our sleeves and take on what might be the worst Honda CL90 left on earth. It looks like it was dragged out of a swamp—rust everywhere, missing parts, and a completely seized engine. But if there’s one thing we love, it’s bringing hopeless cases back to life.
This is one of two and a half CL90s we’ve recently acquired, and the goal is simple: make one good one out of the bunch. In today’s video, we start the tear down, see just how bad this little Honda really is, and attempt to free up that locked-up engine. Will it break loose, or break apart? Either way, it’s going to be fun.
