The only certainty in life is that change is inevitable. It comes whether we like it or not. And I think that is a good thing.
Many people don't like change because they are forced outside their comfort zone. They're forced to adapt, survive, and well, change. But change is the only way to improve, learn new things, and grow.
I think about change a lot and always have. What I once saw as something terrifying, I see now as a challenge. A challenge for me to see what I'm made of and to learn from what's coming next.
It's been a while since I've posted here and that's simply because I've been going through changes myself. I've been busy, I've been forced to adapt, and I've gained new perspectives, so I guess it ties in perfectly with the topic of this video.
