We all know about Dartmoor's Neolithic standing stones*, and we're all familiar with Dartmoor's Medieval crosses*. But what about the monuments of the period in between? Dartmoor is home to a number of mysterious Dark Age 'Inscribed Stones', and they are way more important than their situations suggest...
*admittedly, you might not know about these things, but I bet you know even less about the Inscribed Stones, so my point still stands (sort of).
