A frame here, a tank there, an engine in pieces. Right there at our swap meet spot, we bolted it together—not to run, but just to make it easier to roll around. Now, a year later, this scrambler is a whole new machine. The engine’s been rebuilt, the paint is fresh, the chrome shines, and she’s nearly ready to ride again. What started as a swap meet puzzle has turned back into a motorcycle. In this video, we flash back to Barber 2024, piecing the CL77 together for the first time, and then fast forward one year to see how far she’s come. From boxes to beauty, from forgotten project to festival-ready.
