I’ve never ridden a Harley-Davidson before but there’s a first time for everything and here’s my first go with one, the bike in question being a Heritage Classic powered by the typically modest 117 cubic inch (1,923cc) Milwaukee Eight big-twin.
We all know the stereotypes and it looks to live up to them. But in a bad way? Or a good one? Hop on to find out.
And, yes, I got my classics and soft tails mixed up, introducing the bike as the Heritage Soft-tail, not the Heritage Classic. And then confusing Harley’s Cruiser range and calling that the classic instead. Told you I knew nothing of Harleys but there we go!
